I am a senior marketing professional, specialising in brand and creative, currently Head of Marketing at D&AD in London.
In truth, I am not a fan of the term ‘Marketer’, I’m a creative person with 10 years experience both agency side and in-house at a not-for-profit using marketing channels to tell a brand’s story. At D&AD I manage all aspects of the marketing funnel to increase exposure, growth and brand loyalty from a large global audience.
I have a proven track record managing brands and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to a wide audience, basing creative decisions on insights in order to make both tactical gains and meet wider strategic business objectives.
I am on the pulse with cultural and social trends and I know what it takes to deliver outstanding creative work. I understand the creative process from agency side and I’ve also been the client.
I’m known for my solutions focused and hands-on approach to getting things done. I always work with the bigger picture in mind and anticipating the needs of the team and project.
I am also passionate about interiors and curating spaces. I run lifestyle and homeware business @our.hse, selling curated vintage objects. Our Hse has been featured on Refinery29 and Urban Outfitters Europe, and has collaborated with Lick Home on content.
And outside of that? I love to shoot on film, and learn about sustainable practices and how to be better with what I consume.

DesignStudio
Marketing Manager
2016 – 2019
I was responsible for creating and implementing the marketing and content strategy for all Studios: London, Sydney and San Francisco. I managed the delivery of a new company website; transitioning the company over to a new CMS, and setting up a company blog to feature key thought leadership pieces. I increased brand exposure for the company in order to attract new business. I grew the Instagram channel from 3k to 26k organically through content marketing.
Within the strategy I established annual content themes for all territories, acted as sign off for company TOV and generated content in appropriate formats to promote the company’s thought leadership and values. I led on all external events including two for London Design Festival. I created and led on a recurring event for International Women’s Day which still runs today. I also managed the creation and launch of the internal staff website portal and trained staff to use it. I worked closely with both Co-Founders, all Creative Directors as well as the rest of the team and external suppliers to manage projects to time and budget.
